A Present!

Saturday, June 6th, 2009

Since my cousin Charles has just got out of the military, we are all proud of his service to our country. We all welcomed him home when he arrived at the dock and left his ship for the last time. He has grown so much since the last time I saw him and has become a fine man. I wanted to find something to give him as a token of my feelings. I am very proud of him and I know he has done a great thing. I was looking online and I think I have found just the thing.

I found a website called bluedial.com that has all kinds of watches you can purchase. I thought about which one I wanted to get him and finally decided that the Seiko Diver was the best one for him. I am very excited about giving it to him and I can’t wait to do so. I know that he will enjoy wearing the watch and will get many years of use from it. Charles is a very time conscious person and needs a watch that is reliable. I have no doubt that this watch will be perfect for him. I’ll let you know how the whole thing turns out but I am sure it will be a happy ending!

Oil, Gas, and Taxes

Saturday, June 6th, 2009

Every time I go to the gas pump, I am shocked at how much I am forced to pay. I know that oil is a lot more plentiful than the gas companies make it out to be. I think the senators and congressmen have done a good job of making it seem like it’s not their fault. The problem is that I don’t believe them.

Whenever you buy gas, you are paying a lot of that money as taxes. The government has been adding these taxes to gas for many years and the percentage is growing higher. I know that it takes a lot of money to pay for roads, but this is getting ridiculous. I hope that the American people will wise up and demand that these gas taxes be lowered to a more reasonable level!

A Healthy way of Life

We are always concerned about the health of our children and ourselves. We always try to provide well balanced meals, but with everyone’s busy schedules, it’s not always possible. That’s why we take special care to ensure that we are getting all the vitamins and supplements we need.

D-Day

Saturday, June 6th, 2009

Known as operation Neptune, the allied forces invaded Normandy 65 years ago today. Being the single largest landing in history, this historic landing is celebrated by thousands of people throughout the world. Divided into five sectors, these brave men faced enemy fire as they came on the beach. They were supported by artillery fire from navel forces and air support was provided by American and British air forces.

On this historic anniversary of this glorious day, I wish to remember all the fighting men who gave their lives in the defense of freedom. The sacrifices they made provide us with the foundation of freedoms and rights we enjoy today.

Get started now!

Around our house, we like to play a lot of video games. One of our favorite games is an online game called World of Warcraft. In this game, you interact with people who may be from anywhere and complete whatever quests are assigned to you. We really like this particular game and spend hours playing it.

If you would like to try the game out, there is an easy way to do so. You can purchase wow gamecards which provide you with sixty days to play the game. The best part is that as soon as you purchase the game code, it is sent via email delivery and you can start playing immediately! I think it would be really nice if we could meet online and play this game together. See you there!
