Learning a Lesson

Many things can happen to you in life. Some things you just have to live with as they can happen to anyone. There are many things though, that should not happen to you, another words, someone did something they knew was wrong and you suffered for it. I know of one such example which was a case that someone had issues on Zimmer duron cup. This involves people who have had a hip replacement that went wrong.

I know first hand someone who had such an experience. My Aunt Sally is getting old to be sure. She is retired and living in her house in Tennessee. Her hip has been giving her trouble for years and her doctor finally recommended a hip replacement. After the operation, things appeared to go well. After a period of time though, things started to go wrong!

It appeared that the manufacturer of her hip cups had put out a product that wasn’t up to par. Once we compiled all the information, we decided that the best course was to contact a durum lawyer. After a short interview and a review of her case, it was decided that pursuing a durum lawsuit would be beneficial to her. When the jury came back in the courtroom, we all breathed a sigh of relief when they found that she should be compensated for her ordeal. I hope this will be a lesson to all who have gone through a similar situation.

Back in Business

The economy was so bad for awhile that it had affected our neighborhood. Since we have so many military people living here, many houses were unsold. Many of these people had no choice but to move. Lately, the houses have begun to sell again. I have seen many moving trucks in the neighborhood with people moving in and out.

All the “for sale” signs that had been there for so long are finally coming down. I know that many people had to take a loss on their houses, but many said it wasn’t as bad as they thought it might be. We are lucky to have such a strong military presence in our area as it helps to moderate the bad economics. I think that the worst is over and we will be able to recover from the economic mess soon!
