One of the unfortunate aspects of being in charge of a large office is that from time to time you have to let someone go. Due to our company’s effort to be more competitive, I recently had to reduce our workforce. I felt terrible about having to do this sort of thing, but I had no choice. The worst part was that many of these people were good workers that I respected.
I felt that the least I could do was to help these people find new employment opportunities. I knew that I could give them all a good reference and did so on many occasions. The price of searching dozens of “free” sites usually results in heartache. The best way to find career opportunities is to take advantage of the extensive listings this site offers. They do the research and list nearly every job available in your area.

Although I am sorry to let so many people go, I am glad that they will be able to continue their careers and move on with their lives. I think that’s the most important thing of all.
