No Texting!!

Sunday, December 13th, 2009

I saw an article today about teens who text while driving. The article hit me right in the gut because it is one of my pet peeves. Not just teens, but adults as well. I may also add that its not just texting, but cell phones too. I think that everyone needs to concentrate on driving while behind the wheel of a vehicle. This practice is dangerous to others as well as the person doing the offense. I hope people will keep this in mind.

Quick and Easy!

Every once in a while, a situation comes up that makes us realize how lucky we are to live in modern times. One such situation came up for my friend Dan from the office. His car finally gave out and he needed a replacement fast. His financial situation wasn’t the best and so he needed to find someone that could help. That’s when he learned about a company called DriveTime. They take the extra steps needed to ensure that people who may have credit problems can get their loans approved.

Dan went to a site called drivetime.com where he was able to find a great deal on Used Cars. They have many makes and models to choose from and it’s easy to look them up. You can punch in the city where you want to find a car and they do the rest. Dan is a very busy man and so saving time is a priority with him.

Now that Dan has his brand new used car, his life is back to normal. His credit problems did not prevent him from getting the car he wanted and he is glad that he didn’t have to wait a long time to get it. Dan gives all the credit to Drive Time and tells everyone with a similar problem to try them out. I am just glad that he is back to work and things are back to normal!

The news today is definitely good. The auto industry is making a comeback after suffering through the recent hard economic times. Nearly every major manufacturer is reporting higher sales and the future looks bright. It seems that all consumers are getting over their fears of a major recession and are buying cars again.

I am glad to hear the news and hope it will continue. The country needs to spur new jobs and continue to keep jobs available. I think the auto industry plays an important part in that. It is nice to receive some good news from time to time.

Tried and True

One thing I have heard a lot about lately is credit. It seems that it is harder to get than ever before. A friend of mine was trying to get a loan for a new car and was turned down because of some items that were on his credit report. These items were fairly old and should have been removed long ago. That’s why I told him about a way to repair bad credit. It’s easy to do and will pay off big for him in the end.

There are many secrets to credit repair that the creditors wish you wouldn’t find out about. There is a company repairyourbadcredit.com that knows how to deal with these people. They will find ways to remove unwanted entries and that will help you improve credit. There is no reason you shouldn’t get the money you need when you need it.

I have known many people with bad credit that have taken advantage of a service like this. It is well worth it as it will save you thousands of dollars over time by reducing the interest rate on the money you borrow. They use proven techniques that always work. I think it’s great that there are people out there who will fight for you and your rights. I hope you will give them a try!

Not what it seems

When President Obama got elected, he promised change. I was skeptical, but had high hopes. Unfortunately, he has failed on one important issue that I am concerned about. The environment. It seems that the new guidelines from the environmental protection Agency to regulate gas mileage are full of loopholes.

Carmakers have successfully lobbied for and received numerous important loopholes to the new legislation. This has left the public with phantom savings in gas mileage calculations. I had hoped that the Obama administration would know better, but it looks like the same old congress we always had.
