The country of China recently announced that it will eliminate restrictions on using foreign parts for its windmills. The effort to develop its own domestic power has led to the need to find assistance from foreign companies. The Chinese are using power at an amazing rate. They are the fastest growing economic power in the world and need all the electricity they can get.
