It has been a busy summer and we have done many things to improve the appearance of our home. We have painted as well as remodeled much of the interior. Each month, I dread opening the bills I’ll have to pay. I know that they will be unusually high especially in the summer. The air-conditioner always seems to be running and I know the bills are running too. I found some information on how to reduce these bills and I thought I give them a try.

The first thing you can do is to make sure you have adequate insulation. By taking the time to plug up a few holes, you can save money. I also caulked my windows and doors.
